Rosana Santos

Rosana is an electrical engineer and holds a PhD in energy planning and policy. She is a
seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, specializing in
energy transition and industrial transformation towards climate neutrality. Rosana serves
as a board member on the Energy Policy Council of the State of São Paulo, the International
Network of Energy Transition Think Tanks (INETTT), and the Brazilian Association for Energy
Studies. With a rich background in academia, public sector (Ministry of Mines and Energy),
international experience, and roles in major companies such as Enel, Alstom/GE, and EDP,
Rosana brings extensive knowledge in energy and sustainable development.
